well your healing is good if it is 1700+, but you need to do some enchants to your gear.
i dont know if the gladiator gear i show in armory was all your gear, but besided that you will also need skill.

Your apllication is ok and your gear seems nice but i didnt understand what times and what days you can raid can you plz tell us exctly the times you can raid and the exact days plz?

1week:all days
2week:monday,friday,suterday,sunday,
3week:wendsday,thursday,friday,suterday,sunday
4week:monday,thursday,wendsday
5week:all days
